We were shown all different beds and mattresses,Colin was Very efficientand Very helpful.

Dean was very helpful and provided good recommendations and advice. He also negotiated fairly on price.

Service was really good. Practical help in coming to a decision, and not in the slightest "pushy"

The staff were very helpful

We explained that we wanted to take one away today so he showed us the ones that were in the clearance

We had been to the store previously whilst contemplating our purchase and were impressed with the staff and service on that occasion and even though we could have purchased the mattress elsewhere for a very small saving we decided to go back and we were not disappointed as the salesman was once again helpful and informative

The knowledge of the salesman was terrific and guided us to the item purchased. Colin was a great personality, funny but professional .

Good products and Colin was excellent, his knowledge and friendly banter made for a good shopping experience

Everything was easy, bed types were explained, tried the different beds out, (laid on each type before making a decision), salesman knew all the products and answered all our questions with ease. Sales person was very approachable and nothing seemed too much trouble

We were served by the store manager & were very pleased with whole process. We weren’t rushed & felt very comfortable being able to try the mattress styles at our own pace. Bought our original frame from this dreams 2 years ago so very happy to go back for the mattress
