Helpful team member, good knowledge of products and didnt feel pushed into anything.

Went to the Peterborough store and was served by Chirak. He was extremely helpful. I outlined what I was after and my budget. Myself and my family all used the sleepmatch machine to assist us with choosing a mattress in future. I was shown a range of mattresses all within of very close to my budget. I was given a pillow for more comfort when trying the mattresses. I wasn’t pushed to choose the most expensive and Chirak had great knowledge of the mattresses. We were even offered drinks when we sat down to order. Also extremely pleased that I can get the mattress ordered to my property in York. Overall extremely impressed with the service provided by Chirak at the Peterborough store. Will definitely be back

From when we walked in the gentleman who looked after us was professional knew what he was talking about and made it very easy for us to find what we wanted no pressure just listened to what we needed

We were served by Chirac who is a very pleasant salesman with an extensive product knowledge and we had a lot of questions. The success of the venture is down to his handling of the situation.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store however, it did not feel like a pushy salesman greet. Once we’d had a look we spoke to an advisor who assessed all our needs using your machine. We were offered hot and cold drinks throughout. There was no pushy sales pitch at any point. He was very friendly and spoke about he’s own experiences too. We found the bed and mattress we wanted and ordered with ease. I was pleasantly surprised with the delivery time I was given, especially with the climate today. Overall very satisfied.

I visited Peterborough store and was assisted by Tyrone who was very helpful throughout providing answers to all my many questions showing extensive knowledge of the ranges available. suitability & provided an excellent customer experience throughout my visit, based on this experience i would certainly recommend this store to my family & friends

We were looked after by Jake at the Peterborough store and he was great. He had a very good product knowledge and exceptional customer service. He showed us the mattress analyser and when it had completed he showed us the range that had been suggested for us to try. Jake was so patient whilst my husband and I hopped from mattress to mattress to make sure we decided on the one that suited us. There was no pressure from Jake to buy a certain mattress, he just showed us the suitable ones and helpfully gave us information about the different products so we could make our own decisions. His polite demeanour and outstanding customer service has meant that we will always mention his name if anyone were looking to come to Dreams to buy a mattress. If we were mystery shoppers we would have given him 100% as we have nothing to fault. We are looking forward to our new mattress arriving. 5*

Colin offered us a fabulous service. He was knowledgeable and listened to our requirements and made recommendations accordingly. We were offered a drink and given plenty of opportunity to try different beds and mattresses and given pillows to help offer support whilst trying items out.

The salesman (Dean I think) was very informative and showed us lots of beds and was very patient whilst I was trying to decide which type of bed frame I wanted, and did not rush me at any point.

The staff were very attentive and friendly, Colin was really helpful and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He gave good honest advice and wasn’t putting any pressure on us to make a purchase which was nice.
