We haven’t purchased a new bed for years and we were guided through the process by a knowledgable, friendly, understanding member of staff who allowed us time to lay on the beds, explained what would be best for us as a couple and made informed suggestions as to the bed that would suit us best. He also made ways to pay options known to us. We really enjoyed our bed shopping experience!

The store was clean the service was excellent and good value for money.

Easy to deal with and very knowledgable

Shopping for a double ottoman bed, mattress and headboard. We were offered help by Vincent (Peterborough) who identified our needs and gave us about 3 options which suited us. He was very knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and friendly which made the shopping experience great. We didn't purchase straight away, but visited 3 other stores. In all of the others we did not receive the customer service offered by Vincent. We returned later in the day to make the purchase. Would definitely buy future products at this store. Thankyou Vincent!

The mattresses which we wished to view were available and the choices within the price range were acceptable for our budget.

We found Dean very knowledgeable about the products, We were welcomed but not pressured, offered coffee and talked about the 3 types of mattress so made an informed choice, offered a new type of pillow witch we didn't take but found something to our liking in you large range. *****

We visited Dreams unsure of which bed would be suitable, finding the choice of mattresses slightly confusing, however Colin from your store was very helpful in explaining the different options making choosing the right bed much easier.
