Wasn't entirely sure what we wanted but the great assistant helped with this and wasn't pushy in any way

The Sales Assistant Jake R. was extremely helpful and devoted a lot of time to me. He listened to my requirements, how I slept, my disability and showed me several matresses that he thought would suit my needs. He didn't rush me and allowed me to compare several times. He also advised that he had the same matress that I selected. He explained about the 40 night "test period", the optional matress cover. Overall I found Jake extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

I was shown around by Dean, very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed me a dozen mattress to really make sure I wanted the right one within my budget. He didn't force a sale on me and he was very helpful, he didn't upsell constantly and he had a good sense of humour.

Colin greeted us at the door, listened when we told him what we were after, immediately showed us that, and a similar product we could check out, and explained the differences between the two options. He immediately checked the availability for delivery, and walked us through the sales process very efficiently.

Sales staff very helpful not pushy, quite professional.

Came in looking for a replacement super king mattress. Knowing how much they are I went to the clearance area and found one in the price range but it was ex display and therefore dirty. I asked the sales assistant, Dean, who had made himself available if I needed, if there were any others. He happily told me that as of that day they had several new super king mattresses massive reduced. He let me try them explaining their benefits and assessing what I liked based on what I had said. I happily came to a conclusion on a new mattress and was pleased to accept the old mattress collection scheme, whilst having a coffee Dean had offered. We completed the order and was pleasantly surprised to only have to wait 5 days for free delivery. I am not normally an impulsive buyer and shop around first but Dean had given excellent service that I was happy to complete the purchase there and then. Very happy customer

Went in to purchase a new mattress but was not sure what would be best for our needs. Talked to a very friendly assistant named Colin. Explained about my health issues and that we were not sure what would be best for us. Colin showed us several alternatives and encouraged us to try them out in our own time. At no time did he put any pressure on us to buy and was more than happy to answer our many questions. We spent nearly an hour trying out different beds and at no time did we feel that we were being hurried to make a purchase. I would happily recommend Colin and this company to my friends and family and use them for my next purchase.
