It was easy to look around and find what we wanted for a very good price. The assistance we received was also very helpful.

We were made to feel welcome. Offered drinks and didn’t feel rushed. The sales advisor vince offered help, however left us to browse without harassing us! When we were ready to order he was back to help us.

The salesmen was very polite. He explained several options to us; then we came down to a recession. We went to the sales desk were told whats involved with financing. He offered and made coffees for us. We sorted out the financing and placed our order. He was courteous enough to walk us the the store exit.

From the minute we entered the store till the time we left, the treatment we received from Colin was very good. From a cheery "Good Morning" when we entered, the help & guideance he offered @ when we were leaving he wished us a good day & a Happy New Year. Having spent all my life in sales I felt quite comfortable with Colin's attitude & the way he helped us make a decision. There was no pushy sales just good old fashioned help. Colin is a real compliment to the store, helpfull & knowledgeable in every aspect of what we were looking for.

Mainly because we have used this store before, and we have always been pleased with the service we have received.

We had been to many stores looking at beds and not really found what we wanted and the prices were extremely high. In dreams we were able to find what we wanted but there was also a wider price range on mattresses allowing us to be able to afford the bed we wanted. In addition when we showed the sales person which mattresses we were looking at he not only explained the differences between them but then pointed us to two other similar ones on clearance meaning we were able to purchase an even better quality if mattress for our money,

Reece who served us in the Peterborough store listened to what we wanted and showed us all that would be suited to us. He did not try to oversell as that is the worst! Instead he understood our budget and treated us equally. The whole store seemed to have a "happy" feel and the members of staff seemd to be happy to be there working.

We were not o fay with the mattresses, but knew what we wanted and we explained this to the gentleman who served us. He had knowledge of what type of mattress we wanted and compared it with others. He also gave us advice on bed frames. He was courteous and gave us space to make up our minds, very helpful.
