Informative staff with a good knowledge of the available products.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly from the time we entered the store to when we left after purchasing our new bed. We were offered a hot or cold drink whilst perusing the different beds which was a nice gesture never come across this before in other shops. Both Reece and the store manager were very knowledgeable about the products and demonstrated the different options available to us. They also showed us the different materials and colours we could choose for the beds. We thought the prices were very competitive. After completing our order which was done very efficiently and pleasantly by Reece, we felt very pleased with our order and the bed will arrive the following week. Excellent service all round.

The chap was very knowledgeable and friendly. He allowed us to try all beds with pillows. Gave us tea and was very helpful.

Aaron was particularly helpful and very knowledgeable. Making us feel that we were making the decisions not being led in any direction other than what was right for us.

Went to the Store to have a look at a new mattress, was greeted at the door with being hassled, a member of Staff was always available without seeming intrusive. All questions were answered honestly and up front. No pushiness to try and make a sale, which worked very well! Very, very happy.

Jake who assisted us was very patient and explained all the products, we tried many beds and he was able to offer detailed product information and was only too happy to help
