The customer service was excellent and Dean was very helpful.

The salesman was very informative about the mattresses and explained the differences in detail. He was very patient and we did not feel pressured into making a decision.

The shop assistant was very friendly and patient, as it was almost closing time and he didn't rush me to get out of the store ,and at the end of my purchase I was offered a cup of hot coffee which made my visit perfect!!

Tyrone wasn't pushy in the slightest but still really helpful. He let us make decisions in our own time and couldn't do enough for us. showing us the dreams machine to choose our ideal matress (which definitely aided in the purchase) he spent the time to show us the different options and wasn't trying to push the most expensive items, he was simply trying to make sure we get the right bed for us. can't fault the service, he's a great asset to your company.
