Dreams - Peterborough

Aaron asked us if we needed help as soon as we entered the shop, he was polite extremely helpful and friendly he offered us a coffee (which was very good) we used the machine to find out which type of mattress we needed and he showed us the recommended ones. He was very considerate of our age and didn't rush us in any way, overall the whole experience was a very pleasant one.

It was very pleasing to have so much choice of mattresses to actually try out. I was tempted to buy a memory foam mattress, but it didn't suit me comfort wise. In the end, we opted for a traditional mattress and two fabulous pillows. I would never buy online again because actually trying different mattresses of the same firmness really surprised me,they all vary slightly, between different makes.

They were lovely knows what I was looking for and made the buying experience fun and relaxing

Friendly, helpful staff who were not pushy

Arran was very helpful and we didn't feel rushed into our decision. He was very considerate of my sister who has some disabilities. Overall a good experience.

Sharik from the Peterborough branch took his time and listened to our needs. He then showed us the beds and mattresses that would suit us best. Fantastic service.

The employee that aided us, Chirak, was extremely helpful and welcoming. He greeted us as soon as we entered the store directed us towards the Sleepmatch machine, gave us the space we needed to decide whether to use it without pressuring us, and helped us when we decided to. After, he helped us try out each bed and informed us on the cleaning procedures to make us feel comfortable. He helped us when we informed him of our budget and directed us towards appropriate beds, offered us refreshments and when the sale was successful, bid us farewell. Very pleasant experience and high praises for Chirak, a great employee :)

Aaron the sales assistant was brilliant and highly experience. We had already visited furniture village and may have gone back there, but Aaron was so helpful and knowledgeable about all products, we felt that he deserved the business.
