Excellent friendly staff, understood my requirements for mattress due to recent spinal surgery. Very helpful tried different beds. Store was very clean, and offered a drink

Our sales representative was very knowledgeable polite and friendly as were all the staff ,what would normally be a mundane experience ( buying a bed) actually became a pleasurable experience and will most definitely be back to this store again .

Reece was professional and helpful. He offered insurance and assistance with removal plus advised me that I could purchase my linen requirements at Dreams.

We were given time on our own to browse around the shop before approached by a young man called Reece (231) He listened to us and then recommended various beds and waited patiently while we tried them out. There was one that we liked unfortunately someone else was in the process of buying it. he then showed us a couple more beds similar to the one we liked. He dealt with our purchase in a friendly and professional way, and we were pleased with all the offers we received. Thank you Reece for helping us.

We have always enjoyed purchasing beds from your stores and online. The sales assistant Jake (part-time stripper during the week), was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to have a bit of banter with Jake and his colleagues which always makes for an enjoyable experience.
