very good service the bed matcher was very good and then Reece who helped us was superb with the knowledge and advice well done

The in store system certainly saved us a massive amount of time in choosing a mattress. The system narrowed our choices down to 6-7. After trying out each option we came down to 2 clear choices at which point the salesman's (Dean) knowledge in expalinig the product to us was excellent. The service was extremely courteous and made us feel very valued.

Very helpful staff - Coffee a nice touch. Good display, easy to found product in the store with the colour coding. Matttress testing station very interesting and useful.

Don't feel like we were pushed into the sale. Colin stayed after closing to make sure we had enough time fully browse the beds we were looking at and he didn't rush us at any point. At no point did we feel like we were being upsold. All of Colin's advise was honest.

A warm welcome, excellent product knowledge and overall a very helpful service.

Overall we received great service by a very knowledgeable member of staff who helped us to pick a bed frame and new mattress.
