Dreams - Peterborough

I was totally satisfied with my experience at Dreams. From the moment i walked in store, I was helped with choice and any questions i had were answered . The staff were very friendly and polite, and I can recommend the coffee. I was served by Dean and would recommend him and Dreams to my friends and family.

Dean was very attentive to our needs, understood what we were looking for and nothing was too much bother. Liked that he was not too pushy though as this has an adverse effect!

The assistant (Jake - code 231) was very helpful and knowledgable he showed us the different products that matched our requirements but didn't push us to purchase and gave us time so we could make up our minds. We were made to feel very welcome.

A very spacious, presentable store with helpful staff who aided us find and compare the beds we were looking for.

Our assistant Manoj at the Peterborough store managed our expectations perfectly - advising us on what was within our budget and by giving his own recommendations

Reece at the Peterborough store was extremely helpful but not pushy, he gave us plenty of time to make a decision and try out the beds and mattresses, he even remembered us a few days later when we returned to the store to make the purchase. He’s a credit to your brand.
