The salesman we met was superb great knowledge very friendly and ok he is trying to sell a product but this chap cared, and made the experience very personnel and was genuine not just in it to make money for dreams he wanted me and my partner to get the best product we could afford.

The sales assistant Dean was fantastic his knowledge was second to none and his customer service was outstanding, cannot fault him. Best sales assistant you have. Polite, friendly an asset to your firm.

I have never shopped at Dreams before and this was my first time, infact first time I actually entered a Dreams store. I was looking for 2 double beds and had been in several other stores including John Lewis and the salesmanship was very pushy to making a sale rather than meeting my needs. At the store we were greeted by Manoj who was very polite and professional and immediately ascertained what we were looking for and then had an analysis carried out on a bed to see the type of mattress that would be best for us. The choice was excellent with a variety of different beds and to suit a budget too. Manoj did not come across as a salesman but rather a friend who was entertaining guests and at no time did it appear he wanted to offload stock on to us but gave us valuable insight into the products available. There is only one reason why I made a purchase from you today and that is because of the professionalism, openness and friendliness shown by Manoj. this was definitely a great buying experience and I trust I have purchased 2 beds that will give me several years of peaceful sleep.

I was extremely satisfied with the assistance from Manoj Aron on my visit , from the moment we entered the store he greeted us verbally and throughout the process was extremely helpful and walked us through the whole selection experience with all the appropriate information and left us totally understanding as to what our requirements were for our new bed/mattress. It was a pleasant experience being led through the process by Manoj Aron and nothing was too much trouble , a credit to the store and the brand and will definitely return to both in the future .

Manoj was the staff member that served my and my mum. Mum had visited the store in the previous week and again today. The difference was Manoj. In mums own words “the experience today was out of this world and have not had such a positive a purchase experience for a very long time”. Manoj’s product knowledge as well as his welcoming attitude was very touching. He’s an absolute asset to your store an although it’s been over half an hour since we’ve been home, Manoj is till the topic of conversation in my household - simply superb.

As soon as I entered the shop, I was welcomed by a pleasant and polite assistant. Tried a few mattresses out and the price was good. Would recommend to anyone to shop at Dreams
