The store was easy to navigate, we were left to our own devices but once we needed help Colin was there and was happy to help us out, answer any questions and show us all the options. Would definitely use Dreams again.

We were helped immediately when entering the store. We were shown exactly what we asked for and the assistant was very accommodating especially as we had our toddler with us.

The initial analysis was highly scientific and gushed our requirements. Vince, the salesperson was more keen on us understanding the products and making the right choice rather than making a hasty sale. Highly appreciated approach and overall a very good experience.

We were greeted by Reece within minutes of entering the store. He made us a coffee while we were trying mattresses and we used the equipment that assesses how you sleep and we were recommended mattresses based on that. Reece was so friendly and patient with us - a real change to what we had experienced in other stores! Thank you!
