EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGABLE STAFF

Dean explained things clearly and was a great help in deciding which mattress iI should purchase. He also made the whole experience easy and fun. I shall certainly be shopping there in the future. It could not have been easier.

We had recently had a bad experience with a mattress purchased from a different high street retailer. We explained the problems to Reece (Peterborough Store) and he helped us to select a suitable mattress for our needs. He was very informative.

Our sales assistant Dean was knowledgable, friendly and patient with us throughout. This attitude made us feel at ease so we bought and ons like pillows.

I was satisfied because from the moment I stepped into the store I was greeted and show to the product I was looking for and the employees where so helpful and polite, could not ask for better customer service

Having visited the store on two occasions, we were greeted both times by the same salesman who remembered us from the first visit and had retained a lot of knowledge/ facts of what we were looking for last time. This made the process slightly less arduous and lengthy than it would have been otherwise. We were not made to feel rushed or pressurised to make a sale.
