I went into the store knowing what I wanted after reviewing the products on the website. I was immediately greeted by an employee who helped me greatly with my purchase

Having identified the items for purchase, the store assistant was readily available and understood our requirements perfectly. A friendly man with a sense of humour, he quickly & efficiently placed our order & organised a delivery date with no fuss. All very satisfying.

Dean was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all products. Loved the sleep machine and was given a great deal on a perfect mattress from clearance. Informative and supportive overall experience, with a coffee and some freebies to top it off!

Friendly, helpful staff. Everything was explained well and we were given plenty of options.

Greeted at the door by the store manager, we were then allowed time to browse but then also were not left on our own. Advice was sought and assessment given using the computerised mattress tool. Then a full run down of the findings and bed options was given. Based on this we then choose what worked for us in our budget and quality expectation. Pricing was also competitive, options were given both higher and lower cost.

Manoj the store assistant was very helpful and had good knowledge of the products we require. We were not rushed into making a decision. We need two single beds in the near future and we will be returning to this store to purchase the items

My wife and I visited the Peterborough store with our nephew, the store layout was very welcoming and looked very ‘premium’. A sales person called Aaron approached us and was incredibly helpful and polite. We described what we would like and gave Aaron a budget to work to, within minutes he gave us lots of options that suited our needs. We made a selection and purchased the goods and we are now waiting for delivery. Aaron explained everything very clearly so we when we left we knew everything that we needed to know and when it was going to happen. Top marks to Aaron and I hope he receives some form of reward for his great service!
