Dreams - Peterborough

The salesman, Colin Perry was very knowledgeable regarding the product I was interested in and my needs and expectations of delivery times and extras I requested regarding mattress toppers and old bed collection. I have rarely dealt with a more professional and charismatic salesman in any other organisation. He is a credit to your business and I will definitely recommend my friends and family to deal with him in the future.

Wow for so long I've tried to find a bed and mattress to suit my bad back majority of the time I order offline and they turn out to be super uncomfortable for me today me and my partner went into the store greeted straight away by dean such a lovely gentleman where we explained our situation and he helped us straight away took us over to try a different range of comfy mattresses where we then managed to get an amazingly comfy one for us :)

I knew which 3ft single mattress I wanted to purchase this visit as my partner and I had purchased and received the same mattress in a 4ft double the weekend before. This was to be for my teenage daughter.

We got the product we wanted at a good price and weren’t pressured into a sale but left to make our own mind up.

We walked into the store and was able to try as many beds as we liked, when the assistant could see we needed help he came over and was very knowledgeable about the bed we were wanting to try, he took us over the other side of the store to the tempur beds. We tried 3 beds nothing was to much for the assistant who helped us, he got us to use a machine to tell us which type of mattress we needs as I have bad arthritis in both knees and husband has bad back. We were treated very well and everything was explained to us. We were happy to buy our new bed and tempru mattress with pillows.

Served by a man name manoj. We were looking for the best value as we needed to keep costs low, he was patient with us and made sure we were happy. Issue with card machine when I came to pay so I popped back in the following day

Manoj From Peterborough store was so nice, very friendly, he knew what he was talking about, excellent customer service, very good quality of mattresses and payment options. I have bought many times from dream, and I am very happy, plus would be nice to win a price 😉

everything was fine, excellent knowledge and professional help. Unfortunately, I don't remember the employee's name (older man) but everything went perfectly. if I need another mattress, I'm going back to the Peterborough store.
