This was my 2nd purchase from this store with the same salesman Colin. He was very understanding of my needs and was well informed about the products I was looking to purchase.

Colleague was very knowledgable and swift on showing us what we wanted. Helped to pick out the correct type of mattress for our daughter too.

Was meet by someone has soon as I walked through the door. Was very helpful and very patient and helped me pick the right mattress for me and then carried it to my car in the rain for me.

We were shown a range of different mattresses and used the new sleep machine. The sales advisor in store helped us to make the right choice and explained the differences between all the mattresses

Excellent customer service

We were looking for a divan base for our guest bedroom. The colour and quality of the base and the delivery timescale were key factors. We had visited several stores previously but had been unsuccessful. The Dreams Sales Assistant (Aaron) listened carefully to our requirements, narrowed down the options and answered our questions in a friendly and professional manner. The value for money price was an unexpected bonus. Dreams excelled in providing us with exactly what we were looking for.
