Staff very friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble also allowed you time to look around and discuss things on your own without feeling pressured.

We went into the Peterborough store on Sunday 13th Oct & was served by Colin. We knew roughly what we wanted after looking online but Colin was very helpful & offered us a great deal. We were in & out the store alot quicker than expected (my partner very pleased about that!) & was super impressed with the service with everyone in the store.

The Store Manager couldn't have been more helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We were not rushed into making a choice and we did take our time!, but this wasn't a problem for Tyrone the Manager, he showed alternatives to the mattresses we were looking at in different price brackets and was extremely knowledgeable about each and every product in store. We were the last people in the store and it was after closing time!, but Tyrone wasn't phased and didn't rush us which is a rarity these days. We concluded our purchase and were very satisfied with the whole experience. Would absolutely recommend Dreams from our experience!
