We were given the chance look around for some minutes before offering assistance. He took time to listen to my needs, and made several suggestions, before recommending some mattresses for me to try. His actual recommendation was spot on, and the one that I finally bought.

Assistant put us at ease straight away and explained everything about the product in a no pressure way which I very much appreciated. Spent time making sure we focused only on the beds best suited to us .

We weren’t swarmed by salespeople as soon as we walked in so, we had the chance to test out a few mattresses to get a idea of what we were looking for before getting assistance when we got closer to making a decision

Quick, friendly and efficient service

We were looked after by Dean - who was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. At no time did he try to "push" us into a purchase - oh, and he also made jolly good coffee! The use of the bed-syle/measuring machine was interesting and very useful although TBH, I'm pretty sure that Dean could have worked things out himself. Nonetheless, we made our purchase and the mattress arrived four days later delivered by the super strong and efficient Steve & Shane. They had taken the trouble to 'phone in advance to find out if the could come a bit earlier than the quoted time which was even better for us. They were very careful to wear bootees and maintain social distance etc and couldn't have been more helpful if they had tried including mattress advice etc. All three members of staff that we have come in contact with - Dean, Steve and Shane are a credit to your company.
