Once we’d looked we asked for assistance and Nina did an amazing job of showing us all mattresses that were suitable for us and was extremely knowledgeable. Lucy was also very helpful when placing our order. We would definitely recommend and the service is something that an online order or telephone order just can’t provide.

From entering the store in Derby we were greeted by Lucy who was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable, she didn’t push any sales on us but offered plenty of advice, on purchasing my item she talked through the procedure And processed in a very prompt manner. Will definitely recommend this store to my friends and family looking to purchase a new bed or mattress
