Friendly staff, clean show room and good selection

Jo the same advisor was excellent. She provided valuable information but also allowed us time alone to try and consider the products. She was respectful and did all she could to ensure we had an appropriate purchase.

Staff were very friendly, had a coffee whilst I browsed. Used the bed machine and was shown a further selection of mattresses, then left alone to browse with some knowledge of what I needed. Adam assisted me and wasn't at all pushy, I found the experience quick and painless

Nina was great and had a great knowledge of all products.

My wife and I were interested in purchasing a new mattress. On entering the store we were faced with dozens of mattresses - where do we start? Nina was immediately on hand to explain the ideal scientific process to narrow the choices to our ideal mattress range by relaxing on a computerised mattress. This gave us a smaller range in choice specifically tailored from the generated data. Nina was superb with both her technical knowledge and personal experiences in helping us make an informed decision on our perfect new mattress.

Staff were really friendly from the moment we entered the store they asked what we were looking for. Offers us a drink and gave us some time to look round the store to find what we wanted before buying.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable about the product and explained the advantages and differences between the beds we were looking at and giving us the best deal

Adam, the salesman, was so friendly but gave us all the time we needed to try things ourselves too. Plus the bed tanning technology thing was so cool! It was a rather charming combination :)
