We were highly satisfied with Adam who was extremely pleasant, polite, helpful and his product knowledge was excellent. We were impressed by the layout and cleanliness of the shop. Although we aren't in a hurry for a new bed we are having to wait over 7 weeks for the new bed to be delivered. Adam explained that there was a problem with items that were manufactured abroad due to the Covid-19 situation. We fully understand this problem.

We had a good idea what we wanted coming into your store, we was greeted by your Dreams Colleague her name was Chelsea, she explained distancing and hygiene and offered us mineral water, with in 20min the sale was completed.
