THE LADY THAT TENDED TO US WAS EXCELLENT EXTREMELY POLITE AND VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE I DID FEEL VERY SORRY FOR THE STAFF HAVING TO WEAR FACE PROTECTION IT WAS EXTREMELY HOT IN THE STORE ON THAT DAY BUT I CANNOT THANK THEM ENOUGH I AM DISABLED AND THEY WERE VERY PATIENT WITH ME

we visited store 228 in Derby and greeted by Nina in a warm pleasant manner offered a drink after it was discussed our preferences then shown a diagnostic machine that chose our mattress to suit our bodies we was then able to complete our order.
