Chelsea the Dreams colleague was polite informative knowledgeable and very helpful. The bed frame that was displayed in the shop was exactly what I wanted but had been discontinued on that day but we came to a mutual agreement for me to purchase the display frame. the mattress I decided on had a long waiting time for delivery but Chelsea sorted both problems out without any fuss and as quickly as was possible under the circumstances.
