Didn't pester us as soon as we walked in, gave us time to look at products and Nina was nearby when we had any questions and had the answers to everything we needed to know.

Very pleasant and competant staff member who took time to explain everything clearly and he had a very good product knowledge. There was no hard sell and we were given time to browse and try the matresses with no pushyness but when we needed help it was instantly available. The range was good and we were able to find what we wanted.
