We were over the moon with our first trip to Dreams! We were greeted by Nina who was friendly, welcoming and informative. We told her what we were roughly looking for and our budget and she started by showing us to the “magic bed”. Once it worked out what type of mattress we actually needed she talked us through the different options step by step. She gave us all the information and explained the science behind it really well. We tried a few different mattresses and eventually narrowed it down to two. She helped us to finalise our decision and took us over to her desk to get it ordered; we even had a hot chocolate! The store was clean, tidy and COVID adaptations were good. Overall we were very pleased with our visit and will definitely be returning in the future. Nina is an asset to the business and definitely deserves a pay rise. Thanks for all your help Dreams! We will definitely be sleeping easy from now on!
