Greeted at the door by Katie. Katie was so friendly and helpful but left us to it so didn't feel under pressure or like we were being watched. Provided with sheets to try out the matresses so felt safe. Hand sanitiser on the door. Clear 2 metre markings for people to socially distance. Offered a drink. Katie had excellent product knowledge and really listened to our requirements. Again very helpful but not at all pushy.

Bed requirement system very useful. Nina, the assistant who helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful, also giving enough time alone to be able to make decisions. Products of high quality also.

I was highly satisfied as I went in for a specific bed and purchased it no problem. I did feel that the store could have looked more inviting, I know it’s a funny time at the minute but the range in store was a bit similar not much wow factor.

The assistant Adam was brilliant and a great asset to your company. He was very patient with us and especially our autistic son.
