Excellent service even offered a drink, explained all the different choices. Used the bed to state type of bed for your age, way you sleep etc

Adam was extremely helpful, friendly but not pushy in the slightest. He clearly knew his stuff and never made us feel like we were wasting his time.

Greeted at the door by Katie. Katie was so friendly and helpful but left us to it so didn't feel under pressure or like we were being watched. Provided with sheets to try out the matresses so felt safe. Hand sanitiser on the door. Clear 2 metre markings for people to socially distance. Offered a drink. Katie had excellent product knowledge and really listened to our requirements. Again very helpful but not at all pushy.

Bed requirement system very useful. Nina, the assistant who helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful, also giving enough time alone to be able to make decisions. Products of high quality also.
