We wanted to try out the mattress to see which is right for us. The salesman was very much happy to help and even shown us a few example mattresses that was right for us at different prices. I didn’t feel forced to buy as he gave us time to look around and think as well. He was really friendly and patient

My partner and myself decided to upgrade from a double to a kingsize whilst keeping the storage we were used to. Due to the size of the bedroom, an Ottoman was the only solution. I also have a sweat problem. (We currently have a Wakefield, purchased from yourselves in 2016). Nina, our sales lady took more than enough time to advise us on the best mattresses for my problem, them left us to try out all the recommend items; but alsomleaving us alone with no pressure to go for a more expensive Tempur which we didn't really like for various reasons. As you know, we decided to opt for a more natural Flaxby mattress. Although didn't want the base displayed with it. Nina kindly offered to move the mattress to a solid base so we could experience the different feel. We both felt that if it hadn't have been for Nina's friendly approach, we might not have signed so quickly. Far too many people are quick to complain about the experience, more people should praise where praise is due. Well done Nina. Alex and Annie
