The sales assistant was friendly and welcoming without being pushy. She explained in detail about the different mattresses and the benefits of getting the right one for us and helped to get the best one. We were able to look around the store without feeling rushed. Also the Sleep Match bed made us feel reassured we had chosen the right mattress.
