I was intentionally going for a specific mattress based on price. However, the assistant mention some of the limitations of the mattress and spring structure and that it might not be ideal for daily used bed posed to occasional use. Whilst I understand that upselling is a big part of their role, It never felt pushed or over promoted to consider next mattress and having tried both, It was good advice and worth the additional upgrade :)

The colleague that served us was very helpful from the start, assisted us with the sleep machine to identify which mattress was best for us

Ellie the young lady who dealt with us was very knowledgeable and after we told her what we wanted she narrowed our choice for us which was very much appreciated demonstrated the bed it’s an ottoman and got it organised for quick delivery my daughter is on a mattress at the moment and she appreciated our urgency

Adam was very helpful and there was no pressure, was left alone to decide on our choice.
