The young lady called Chelsea in Derby was very helpful and understanding as I am not very mobile at 79. She didn’t rush me at all and explained constantly what she was doing and gave me lots of information about mattresses. She was lovely. Thank you.

I was intentionally going for a specific mattress based on price. However, the assistant mention some of the limitations of the mattress and spring structure and that it might not be ideal for daily used bed posed to occasional use. Whilst I understand that upselling is a big part of their role, It never felt pushed or over promoted to consider next mattress and having tried both, It was good advice and worth the additional upgrade :)
