Chelsea was really helpful and understanding, she was able to deal well with other customers alongside me. Chelsea explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood each section clearly. Because my selected mattress was an online exclusive she researched the mattress and found the closest one in store.

the young lady who helped us was very knowledgeable. we didn't feel rushed even though we were the last appointment for the day.we came away from the shop with exactly what we wanted, apart from an empty wallet!

The lady who helped me to find the right mattress was very patient with my lack of knowledge and gave me all the information I required to help me purchase what I was looking for. As well as this, her customer service when I purchased the mattress was incredible. This was some of the best service I have ever received. She made the experience highly enjoyable!
