Ellie guided us through the Covid routine and discussed what we wanted and how we tended to sleep. She, quite cleverly, repeated back to us her understanding of what we had said. She then pointed us in the mattresses that met our requirements and left us to test. We picked a mattress and Elie then completed the sale which included pillow, protector and insurance. Happy with choice and service.

The quality of the product is really good with lots of storage space being an ottoman bed. Jo was helpful and discussed all the available options with us. Service was amazing. We had some issues with the original delivery date, it just took one call to sort it out. We are very pleased with this purchase.
