Chelsea was extremely helpful and showed great product knowledge which made our decision to purchase very easy. A credit to Dreams 👍

i was very pleased with the service on the first visit with Jo and followed up on the next day with her assistant they we both very helpful the gave us all the advice we needed my mum is 93 and spent time with her advising her on what is best for her...gave her cup of tea and stayed a safe distance away from us ,,...we could not have asked for any better service,,,,we have not received the bed yet so thats all we can tell you at mo ...keep up the good work your staff are lovely and good staff are hard o fine now days look after them and they will look after you ....Just speaking to them both they take pride in their work and the company they work for ....thank you

Nina at Derby was very thorough and listened to our needs. She made good suggestions and guided us in making the right choice of beds.

The young lady "Nina" asked if we wanted help, she then offered her expertise in everything from the mattress test to the pillows and the mattress topper. After we had found a bed we liked but not a headboard she then offered us a slightly more expensive alternative which we accepted.. overall Nina was brilliant, very professional, she had an extremely good customer service approach and was so friendly.. we even got a coffee made by her.. I think had it not been for her help we would have either left and come back again another time a little upset or left and not returned ..she offered so many products and suggested others if we didn't see what we wanted.. we went in expecting to spend around £800 but left very happy even though we spent £2100 or so.. she was great and actually made the experience for us.. what a gem Dreams has in her.
