Dreams - Derby

We were very pleased with our visit and purchase at Dreams... Our time spent with Chelsea gave us all we required... She was very knowledgeable of the products. Very pleasant. Didn't pester us while we looked around but was very happy to assist us when required... Chelsea also offered us refreshments and explained every detail excellently... We would definitely deal with Chelsea again.. She has excellent sales skills.. Thank you.

Sales rep Adam was excellent. Determined what we wanted, did a test on the video bed tester and then showed us the range. Faultless.

Friendly informative staff who did not push and let us do our own thing but were there when we needed them. Explained everything and let us try as many beds as we liked until we found the one for us.

Was made to feel welcome . Sales lady was very polite and helped us no end.

We initially came into the store in November just to browse whilst we waited for a film at the cinema so we didn't come with the intention of buying anything specifically. We were caught by some of the options and we were really supported by Chelsea. We went away to think about it feeling fully informed of our options. We decided to come back a few weeks later and Chelsea remembered us instantly and had kept all the relevant information we needed to go through with the purchase. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and the process was smooth and easy. She wasn't pushy and we were able to make the right decision for us without feeling pressured. We had a lot of questions and she explained everything very clearly and patiently.

Shop clean and well presented with a huge display of products. Staff member knowledgeable on products. Nothing was too much trouble and felt looked after. Service was not pushy and did not feel like they just wanted to take our money.

The staff were really helpful especially Adam who shown us all the different beds and also walked us through our choices and shown me and my family different types of beds, frames and head boards and he even got to know our hobbies so I felt extremely relaxed and very welcomed. This was my first time shopping for a bed and I was dreading the thought of looking around but Adam and the dreams team at the dreams store in derby made me and my family feel happy and confident with our choices.

We came in the week before and the advise given was brilliant and product Knowledge too
