We were greeted by Nina who offered us a drink, then shown clearly The best way to go about the store, for choosing our frames, to which she answered all questions perfectly. Next we used the sleep match feature And had a list of Mattresses to try. Finally after choosing our mattress she also offered us different pillows to try and recommended a few extras. We then had the quote and we are offered another drink, Before given some time to think about a purchase as it was quite a substantial amount. We went ahead and ordered with ease and left the store happy customers and extremely pleased with the service

We came to Dreams to purchase a bed after an exceptionally disappointing experience with Bensons for Beds, of which originated from a faulty product which we were in the process of exchanging. After 3 failed delivery attempts due to the item being damaged, we cancelled the order and visited Dreams on the Meteor Centre in Derby. We were greeted by Chelsea, who was very professional and friendly. As we had returned the faulty bed to Bensons, we were without a bed, of which meant we were keen to receive delivery of a new bed as soon as possible. Chelsea offered and conducted the computer evaluation to decide which mattress suited our needs. We had never experienced this beforehand therefore it was very worthwhile. Chelsea showed us a number of options, and allowed us to try several mattresses. We were very impressed with the COVID safety measures which were being followed. Once we decided on the perfect mattress, Chelsea showed us a number of options for bases. Chelsea knew that we wanted a quick delivery, therefore she checked what stock was available, of which bought us to the bed we purchased. Chelsea was extremely patient and her knowledge and expertise was very much appreciated.

Went in to look at a mattress for my son's xmas present. Chelsea offered assistance and gave good advice but left us to browse and make our own decisions once we had all the info. She gave good help without being pushy or overbearing, was polite and friendly and got us a good deal.
