I was highly satisfied with my visit at dreams, the staff was so helpful and friendly. They was not shy to spend lots of time with us finding the perfect mattress! Chelsea was so helpful taking us to different mattresses to try out and the helped us pick the perfect pillows and duvet. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Once we decided on the bed and mattress it was so easier to finish all the paperwork side of things too.

Jo gave us all the information we needed without overwhelming us, and when it came to making a decision she didn't rush us and happily answered any question (even the ones we'd already asked). She listened to our needs and was able to provide suitable options within our budget. It felt like she was there to help us, not just sell. The team offered us coffee/water and explained the covid-safe measures the store had in place, not once did we feel unwelcome or unsafe. When it came to ordering the bed and mattress, when the total price had been calculated (including delivery and pillows) rather than rushing the sale through Jo gave us time to make sure we were happy with what we'd picked - even being patient while we have one last look at the bed and mattress.

We received excellent advice from Chelsea. She was polite, informative and really helpful. We quickly found a product to suit our sleeping needs, something we thought we wouldn't do. Chelsea took a lot of the stress out of this for us. We are now looking forward to a great night's sleep!
