The young lady who assisted me during the sale was very good and although she was new in her job soon found out what i wanted to know

We were helped by Nina who listened to our needs and offered beds to reflect this, also offering alternatives which we hadn't considered. She also knew when to leave us alone to consider our options.

Purchased a bed, tried a mattress, drinks offered. Chelsea was very helpful and showed good customer service.

My partner and myself were served by Adam at the DerbyMeteor Ctr, We were extremely impressed with how he took us through the whole experience. From using the mattress Simulator through to us choosing our mattress and bed. we ended up buying a much more expensive system, mainly due to the feeling we got for the products and the salesman. Adam was a credit to your company and we will not hesitate to use yourselves again in the future.

From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I experienced amazing customer service and was able to purchase a product with the full knowledge I had made the right decision. The lady helping me was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I didn't feel rushed to make a decision and every question I had she answered. Honestly would recommend this dreams to anyone who needed a new mattress or bed because I left feeling really happy and well treated.
