As first time buyers we went to a number of stores to find the perfect bed for our new home now the shops have reopened. We were highly satisfied with Dreams, particularly with the service, friendliness and range if products. Chelsea at Dreams in Derby, really listened to what we were looking for in a mattress and frame and offers various solutions to our personal preferences and needs. The service was personal, polite and patient. We would certainly return to Dreams again in the future.

Jo, who looked after us was very knowledgeable about the goods on offer! If we hadn't been happy we would have gone to one of the other two bed shops in the same location. I was impressed with the bed that told us what we wanted. I said it was like a ride at Disney! Very impressive!

Nina at the Derby Meteor Centre store was very helpful, knowledgable about the products and very polite. The range of products available was good, the layout as well. The 'Dreams' sleeping simulator was also useful.
