Good choices as shown by the sleep machine. But all over the store. Jo the saleswoman was excellent though guiding us round. Offered a drink. Couldn’t fault her!

Nina was very accommodating. She explains And show us different kind of mattress and let us try it. She also offer drinks and help us finding finance

Your assistant, Chelsea, was very helpful and guided me round the store and introduced me to the Bed Tester and it was plain sailing after that. I won't know for absolute certain, whether I have made the right choice until I have slept in the bed for a few days. Having not purchased a new matress for some, I paid more that I expected but only time will tell if it's value for money. I am looking forward to it.

The sales assistant Adam in the Derby Kingsway branch was beyond helpful. This was our first time looking for a mattress for our new home and he made it fun and pretty easy to choose the right mattress for us. Everything be done made the process smooth, quick and easy and he also made us drinks while constantly chatting away to us which we loved!

The member of staff was very helpful and very knowledgeable. The experience was good.
