Ella was very knowledgeable and helped us pick a bed frame that was a lower price than the one we liked but was similar. She gave us plenty of time to try out beds and mattresses

We was seen by Chelsea in the derby store from the moment we walked in to the moment we left i was highly satisfied with my experience! Chelsea couldn’t do enough for us. I didn’t feel rushed going between many mattresses and pillows. She turned what I thought was going to be a daunting experience into a pleasurable one. I never once felt pushed into anything and ended up buying everything! I felt she went above and beyond looking after me and my partner even though she said she’s just doing her job! What a lovely lady and a great experience!
