Shopping experience with Nina from the derby store was brilliant, was taken through all the variety of beds and how the system works with mattresses ranging from soft to firm in great detail. Nina made it as easy as possible and explained all the different payment options available to me, the great 8 year insurance on off which I took out on the mattress and also how the delivery team can assemble the bed and takeaway any old beds and all rubbish. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

We were very happy with the service when walking into the store sales assistant was very informative and. helpful with all our needs in buying our bed would definitely recommend this store

Adam from the Dreams store in Derby on the Meteor Centre was an absolute dream. He was on his own and had three sets of customers (including us) and managed to see to everyone and give them excellent quality service. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and I probably would’ve had no clue what I was doing without him. Highly impressed. Adam made our visit!
