From the moment we stepped through the door it felt like a “Dream” Nina, along with her faithful friend “Henry”were making everywhere just perfectly clean and safe. Nina greeted us promptly and after taking us on a “Sleepmatch” experience offered us the opportunity to sample the products on offer to enable us to make the right choice. We were then offered refreshments. Ninas product knowledge is amazing and we subsequently placed an order for our Mattress and Pillows. The whole experience felt like a Dream, and then I awoke this morning to the reality that it was so real and our “Heavenly Mattress and Pillows” are too. Thank you so much Nina and the “Dream Team “

Chelsea was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable about the products available. We were offered everything we could want, like a drink and a go on the sleep machine. She helped me expertly find the perfect bed for me quickly, and I had an enjoyable experience while selecting. Staff were cleaning the pillows between customers and the check out process was thorough and very well explained.

good choice of beds easy to choose as each had label - medium, hard etc. Guy who took our order very pleasant, we even got a coffee
