Excellent service - we were extremely well looked after and nothing was too much trouble from the assistant who was helping us (Chelsea was her name at your Derby store)

The staff were not pushy, they helped us to understand what was right for us with no obligation to purchase. They told us about the best deals and more affordable options, and gave us a great deal on our overall purchase.

The lady and other staff couldn't do enough for me, even moving the matress to another base like I have at home to try it. But they were pushy and I didn't feel rushed so I felt comfortable.

After just a few minutes in the store looking totally lost, the young store assistant Ellie came over to help us, we wouldn't of had a clue what we were really looking for but Ellie was truthful and advised us in the best products that suited our need. Even when we went away for a very short time, when we arrived back, she was there ready to help us. The store was large, airy and clean with plenty of stock to look at. All the team was very friendly and we couldn't of had a better experience if we'd of asked. Very happy from start to finish.
