Dreams - Derby

Walked in at 3.50pm on Sunday just to investigate options. Came out at 5pm with a new mattress. Loved the analysis technology and attention received from the staff member who stayed to look after us despite the store closing at 4.30pm. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Good cup of tea!

We were so well looked after. Adam went through everything and explained it brilliantly! We were given drinks from the machine and the whole experience from start to finish was excellent! Thank you.

Had been to 2 other shops in the same precinct on the same day, neither of them could satisfy my needs as you did.

The sales assistant was so helpful, guided us through the whole process and was even good with our 5 year old, offered us a drink and really looked after us.

Jo looked after us from the minute we entered the store. We only called in on impulse as we were passing by, I had my teenage son with me which normally means shopping is to be avoided! However, Jo made him really comfortable with her product knowledge and he really enjoyed choosing his own bed. We loved it! Can't wait to come back for my own replacement bed to try out the new machines!

Allowed to take our time looking round, assistant told us to let her know if we needed help, offered us tea/coffee. Gave good advice on the mattress we needed to go with the pine bedstead we wanted.

Your member of staff Chelsea was very polite ,and welcoming .explained every thing in detail ,offered refreshment on arrival, with out any pressure which is very unusual, with a lot of companies today, chelse was patient and understanding with our needs and dislikes.

Very helpful youglady she showed us all the beds. That we should have and was very patient she was very good with us and took her time to tell us about the different beds when we made up our mind we sat down and went through all the paper work we she than got us a very welcome cup of coffee thank you so much for all your help and the time you spent with us it was a pleasure to meet you
