The Staff at the Store in Derby at the Meteor Centre were excellent, particularly Nina and the Store Manager. Product knowledge was also excellent, and the time spent advising us was without interruption. The whole experience was exactly how Customers should be dealt with and made the visit enjoyable. We spent around £3000.00 and were guided Professionally throughout.

We walked in with the sole intention of having a look only and certainly didn’t think we would be walking away with a mattress. I feel this was down to a few things! We normally hate walking into places like this where you’re mauled to death (like fresh meat in the tigers den) the second you get in the door however we were given chance to have a little browse before we were approached and we loved that! The wonderful Adam S came over to us and asked if we would like any advice or not we said sure go on then and he asked us if we’d like to try out the machine to test what bed is right for us which sounded fun! Adam also straight off the bat asked if we’d like any tea or coffee for all he knew could have been two time killers who were just out to bounce on beds, so being offered that made us feel very special and welcome! Adam was also highly knowledgeable on the products we were interested in which was great! And in all honesty the whole experience we had was pretty fab. Never really had customer service like that and we loved the camaraderie Adam S had with the other Adam on who’s getting the next tick for selling their personal chosen best tempur mattress!

Excellent service from Jo very knowledgeable and nothing was to much trouble explained everything very clearly and when we said what we were looking for her product knowledge helped make it quick and efficient COVID distancing /masks etc 5 ***** Thank you

Adam made every effort to understand our requirements and explain about the products available. Very knowledgeable, warm, and affable person.

Sales agent had good customer skills . There were no language issues as both of us understood each other. There were verity of products so I can make a choice. Everything was timely. All the staff members very approachable

Walked in at 3.50pm on Sunday just to investigate options. Came out at 5pm with a new mattress. Loved the analysis technology and attention received from the staff member who stayed to look after us despite the store closing at 4.30pm. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Good cup of tea!
