The assistant who looked after me was Jo 228A025163 and she was really helpful offering myself and my friend refreshments she was so helpful in every way to ensure I would be happy with my purchase. I tried 3 or 4 mattress and Jo helped me to the one that would most beneficial for me and explained all the services you offer so please pass on my thanks.

Chelsea was very helpful and very professional. With a friendly greeting on our arrival in store. Provided us with a suitable pillows for trying out the beds. Explained the Sleepmatch system which was very helpful to short list the mattresses to suit our requirements. Offered us a drink whist we where in store.

I had a problem ordering on line and had to cancel, but Adam in the Derby store sorted it out for me
