As soon as we entered the store we were greeted warmly, as we didn't have a clue about mattresses and thought we'd go for the "cheapest" Ellie showed us the difference between the 2 types of sprung mattress (we didn't want a foam mattress) and helped us choose what was best for us on the bed simulator then went through everything on the sheet it provided. We tested the ones we thought were for us, also others to compare firmness etc and she helped us out with what we wanted within our price range and answered all our questions as well as giving us the facts of certain brands of mattress and what's used in them to create the mattress we wanted.

Chelsea was very attentive and helpful over two visits while we decided on the perfect bed set. Everything was explained about the specs of each mattress and how the support works on each. Nothing was too much trouble even after we tried each mattress for the 10th time! Great customer service.

The sales assistant knew all her information, we visited one day and didn't feel pushed into buying there and then and went back a couple of days later, we were offered a drink and were given time to look, social distancing were done correctly and masks worn.

Very pleasant experience on 31/05/2021. Greeted by Nina with a smile. She talked to us with lots of useful information and l experienced the bed test to see what comfort would be good for me. We were offered a drink. It was all a good experience Social distance was good. Thankyou
