Excellent customer service. The sleep monitoring system was really useful and helped to find our perfect matching mattress.

My needs were understood and taken into account. I was served by Ellie and Jo and both were extremely friendly and extremely helpful in helping me to get the right mattress and get it delivered as quickly as possible.

Staff allow us time to browse without 'intensive' interference but made themselves available. When we required further assistance they were quite knowledgeable and pleasant. They assist us to make our decision quite informative and as empirical as possible. When we left the store, we had a 100% clear understanding of the product that we wanted to buy, which indeed we bought!

Adam was extremely helpfull all the way through the transaction, his manor and courtesy was excellent at all times. I Could not recommand him more highly. ( And they do make a very nice cup of tea. )

There was someone on hand to greet us immediately and round the options generation scanner bed thingy. The young lady, Ellie, was knowledgeable and explained the differences in the mattresses very clearly and allowed to take things slowly, and was solicitous when my wife felt dizzy after lying down and standing up several times. All in all all a good experience

Adam who served us was very good at his job , acknowledged us on arrival , offered us a drink , when through all details and left us to browse, not pushy at all , very good service

Chelsea was great and super helpful, she made our lives so much easier by giving us great practical advice and empathising with our situation. She helped us to choose a great product and was able to give us a great amount of attention and help.

From the moment we walked in Nina was very friendly explaining everything from safety in store to the mattresses which were best for us. There was no pressure from her which was good. With regards to covid-19 we both felt safe and at ease.
